The team were friendly and professional. Always polite. Always on time. They cleaned up everything after them, every day. House is lovely and warm! The heating is working great. I had 1 heater that didn’t work correctly but after getting in touch with the team, they came back out and repaired it for me. LPG was getting so expensive so we wanted to change our heating system to something cheaper and more efficient. Eco Gen did a great job. It took 2 days maximum and there was very little disruption in the house. Would recommend Eco Gen.

Much cheaper and easier than LPG and its great we don’t need to deal with Calor anymore!

I chose Eco Gen because they are a good company and Ritchie has done work for us before. It took no more than 3 days altogether. There was no mess or disruption in the house. The team were very polite, excellent.

I chose Eco Gen because they are local. The whole process took about a week in total. It was done in stages with the heat pump going in first. The boys were brilliant. They couldn’t have been more efficient or obliging. They were first class.
Benefits of the install:
It will be more economical eventually. Our electricity bill has gone up but what we’re saving in electric we are now saving in gas.
